If my keys are lost or stolen whilst outside of Ireland, can I make a claim on my Key Care policy?

All keys whether lost or stolen whilst in the European Union are covered, once the keys are attached to the key fob at the time of loss and your 123.ie policy is active at the time.

You will have to arrange for a locksmith to attend the scene as the Key Care locksmith network only covers the Republic of Ireland.

Make sure to retain all receipts for work done as Key Care will need these to reimburse you.
