What if there is a dispute as to who is at fault?

If you were involved in an accident and there is a dispute as to which driver was at fault we will arrange a full investigation to determine which driver is liable for any damage.

If you have contact information for any Gardaí that attended the scene or any witnesses to the incident, you will need to pass them along to your claims handler as we may need to contact them.
