123.ie was founded in 2002 with the objective of providing better value insurance to Irish consumers. By establishing an online presence, supported by a friendly Irish-based call centre, we have been able to focus on lowering costs and passing these savings on to Irish consumers.
123.ie is one of Ireland's fastest growing companies - from just a handful of staff in 2002 there are now over 250 employees at our call centre in Dublin. And it's not just staff numbers that have multiplied - we now have over 300,000 customers and growing. Plus we offer great prices on home insurance, car insurance, travel insurance and pet insurance.

We have very high levels of customer satisfaction - based on a survey of 1,374 customers in October 2011, 97% of our customers said that they would recommend us. Meet Our Staff
We have over 200 staff in our Dublin office and we are proud of the service provided by our sales and customer care teams. We invest heavily in training and we spend significant time teaching our new recruits the details of our business. As insurance laws and regulations change, we provide additional training to ensure that our staff have the latest information to serve our customers.
