Staff Opportunities

General Insurance Sales Executives are given the opportunity to gain a Certified Insurance Practitioner qualification and Life Insurance Sales Executives are given the opportunity to gain a Qualified Financial Advisor qualification.

Insurance Sales Executive

Job Purpose:
Due to our continued expansion, 123.ie are now recruiting Insurance Sales Executives. The suitable candidates will be fully trained and we encourage our staff to further their education by completing the Insurance Industry Exams which are fully paid for by the Company. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who wish to enter into the Financial Sales Sector. We are looking for individuals who can display a real energetic enthusiasm for sales and a desire to work as part of a highly motivated and competitive sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for dealing with inbound sales both over the phone and via e-mail.
  • Following up on potential clients and outbound sales.
  • Maintaining records on various computer systems.
  • Supporting the day-to day activities of the Team.
  • Liaising with Insurers/Underwriters.
Ideally you will have:
  • A minimum of 1 years experience with a strong sales background.
    Experience
    in a Telesales or Sales environment.
  • Previous experience in the insurance sales market is desirable.
  • The ability to work as part of a team or own initiative to meet targets.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Accuracy & attention to detail.
  • IF1 is preferred but not essential

Sales Support Administrator

Job Purpose:
Due to our continued expansion, 123.ie is now recruiting a Sales Support Administrator to join our life sales team. The suitable candidate will be fully trained and we encourage our staff to further their education by completing the Insurance Industry Exams which are subsidised by the Company. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who want a career in financial services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for dealing with administration/processing of online Insurance applications.
  • Maintaining records on computer systems.
  • Supporting the day-to day activities of the Team.
  • General Administration.
Ideally you will have:
  • Experience in administration background.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry.
  • The ability to work as part of a team or own initiative to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Accuracy & attention to detail.
  • QFA/part QFA qualified would be an advantage.

Customer Service Representative

Job Purpose:

123.ie are continually expanding their Home Insurance Team. We are now recruiting Customer Service Executives who can work enthusiastically to support a busy sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for dealing with inbound and outbound queries both over the phone and via e-mail.
  • Processing policy queries and amendments in a timely manner.
  • Dealing with premium adjustment and collecting payments.
  • The ability to grasp extensive product knowledge.
  • Maintaining records on various computer systems.
  • Supporting the day-to day activities of the Team. 

Ideally you will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Telecommunications/Customer Services environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent PC & keyboard skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team or own initiative to meet targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail.
  • A keen interest in insurance and financial services.
