123.ie Shopping Voucher Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is free to enter and is being promoted by 123.ie. Employees of 123.ie and of its associated companies, and families are excluded.
2. To be automatically entered into the draw, complete your contact details and your renewal details on the website.
3. Only one entry to the draw per person is allowed.
4. Entries for the draw will be accepted until the last day of the current month and the draw will take place between the first and seventh day of the next month.
5. The winning entry will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator, and the winner will be notified by email or post within 14 days of the draw taking place.
6. All entrants must be aged 18 and over and Republic of Ireland residents.
7. There is one prize of €500 worth of vouchers
8. Our decision is final in all matters relating to the draw and 123.ie will not enter into any correspondence about the draw.
9. The winner's name will be posted on www.123.ie within 14 days of the prize draw taking place.
10. We may require you to take part in further publicity resulting from the draw if you win a prize.
11. You must accept the prize as offered. The prize is non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.
12. Your entry implies acceptance of the rules as being final and legally binding. 123.ie reserves the right to refuse entry of, or award the prize, to anyone in breach of these rules.
