Driving in Ireland

Driving in Ireland - An Infographic

There are many reasons why motorists would drive differently around the country; the roads can vary drastically from rural to city locations while the number of vehicles on the road also change. What's interesting, in a survey completed by 123.ie, is how Irish drivers feel differently about their vehicles, and how these opinions differ around the country. In the accompanying infographic, there are numerous facts that outline these differing and informative opinions. Motorists in the capital are much more likely to consider buying a car as a status symbol then others around the country, and therefore, are much more willing to splash out on their motorcar. In comparison, drivers in Connaght are a lot more cost conscious, where 8 out of 10 motorists begrudge paying for petrol due to the cost. Check out our infographic below to see how opinons differ from province to province.
