I’m passionate about looking after our Customers when they need us most and am focussed on digitalising our processes to improve our Customer and User experiences. I write blogs about insurance and especially about claims because to me the claim journey is what insurance is all about – us delivering on the promise we made to our customers and helping them be resilient in bad times. Blogs should be useful, easy to understand and interesting.
