Windscreen Cover
Available on our Comprehensive policies only.
We’ll cover the repair or replacement of a broken windscreen. Call our approved supplier Autoglass on 1850 887 992 or make a booking online.
Key Care
If you have KeyCare and you lose your keys call our 24 hour emergency helpline on 01 518 1412 with your unique key fob number ready.
If your keys are stolen, a claim can be made immediately. If the keys are lost, you must wait for 3 days before you claim just in case they turn up.
Home Insurance
If you would like to make a claim on your Home Insurance policy you can contact our Claims Team on 01 290 1999.
They are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Once you contact us we will send you a claims form and the team will go through the next steps with you.
Home Rescue
If you have Home Rescue on your policy and need to avail of our 24hr, 365 day emergency repair service, you can call our Home Rescue Team on 1890 818 233 or 00353(0)91 545 970 if you are calling from outside Ireland.
Travel Insurance

Life Insurance
Claim on your Life Insurance
If you need to make a claim on your Life Insurance policy you can simply contact Irish Life Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm by:

Health Insurance
If you need to make a claim on your Health Insurance policy you can simply give GloHealth a call on 1890 744 744 (24 hour) and they will be go through the next steps with you.
Please keep in mind that there are waiting periods on our policies for new members, this is a period of time during which you cannot make a claim.
Every insurance company has waiting periods but, once you have less than 13 weeks break in your cover and have already served the waiting period with another insurer, you do not have to re-serve it.
