If you have KeyCare and discover that your keys are missing, don’t worry! Call our 24 hour emergency helpline on 01 518 1412 with your unique key fob number ready.
If your keys are stolen, a claim can be made immediately.
If the keys are lost, you must wait for 3 days before you claim just in case they turn up.
If you or any other driver are involved in an accident, you need to contact our Claims Team immediately on 01 290 1999. They are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Once the claims process has started your claims handler will look after your case and will contact you with any updates.
Remember, if someone is making a claim against you, their insurance company or solicitor may send correspondence to you directly. You do not need to do anything except forward this to your claims handler.
If you would like to make a claim on your Home Insurance policy you can contact our Claims Team on 01 290 1999.
They are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Once you contact us we will send you a claims form and the team will go through the next steps with you.
If you have Home Rescue on your policy and need to avail of our 24hr, 365 day emergency repair service, you can call our Home Rescue Team on 1890 818 233 or 00353(0)91 545 970 if you are calling from outside Ireland.
If you need to make a claim on your Pet Insurance policy, you can call our claims team Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and they will be happy to go through the next steps with you and answer any questions you may have. You can contact them by:

For Non-Medical Claims
If you need to make a claim on your Travel Insurance policy, you can contact our claims team Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm by:

For Medical Emergencies
For a medical emergency claim, you will need to contact FirstAssist’s Emergency Service within 48 hours of the emergency on +44 20 8763 3074 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to make a claim on your Health Insurance policy you can simply give GloHealth a call on 1890 744 744 (24 hour) and they will be go through the next steps with you.
Please keep in mind that there are waiting periods on our policies for new members, this is a period of time during which you cannot make a claim.
Every insurance company has waiting periods but, once you have less than 13 weeks break in your cover and have already served the waiting period with another insurer, you do not have to re-serve it.
