If your monthly payment has not been successfully collected from your bank account, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team on 01 524 6029. Payment can be made by credit card or debit card.
We cannot accept the deposit by bank draft, cheque or postal order
If an instalment has been returned by your bank, we may be able to attempt to take the payment from your bank account 7 working days after your bank notifies us of the unpaid direct debit. If this occurs, you will receive an email, text message or letter to confirm the new payment date.
If for any reason we cannot reapply to your bank account to collect the instalment, you will need to contact us to make payment over the phone.
Each returned payment from your bank attracts a €15.00 arrears fee.
If we are unable to collect instalments, a cancellation notice may be issued.
