  Owner Occupier Landlord Renter Holiday Home
High Value items - Are covered for up to 50% of the contents sum insured.*        
Fire Brigade charges up to €1,500 - We will pay the cost of charges for fire brigade attendance up to €1500        
Public liability - Includes cover of liability to others up to a maximum of €3,175,000        
Replacement of door locks up to €500 - We will pay the cost of replacing external door locks for your home due to a break-in.        
Freezer contents up to €500 - If your domestic freezer breaks down.*        
Fraudulent use of credit cards - We will pay up to €500 as a result of claims resulting from a loss of credit, debit, charge, cheque or cash card.*        
Accidental damage to buildings - We will pay for accidental damage to your property (this does not apply to contents only policies)        
Clean-up expenses - Expenses incurred to clean up any escape of oil from a domestic appliance up to €2,000.        
Title Deeds Replacement - Covers the cost of replacing title deeds to your home up to €650.*        
Contents in the open - Covers the loss or damage to items within the boundaries of your property up to €650.*        
Visitors and guests property - Covered up to €500.*        
Christmas Gifts Cover - Automatically increases your contents cover by 10% over the seasonal period.*        
Wedding Gifts Cover - Automatically increases your contents sum insured by 10% one month before and after your wedding day.*        
Alternative accommodation/Loss of Rent        Owner Occupier: If your house becomes uninhabitable, we will cover the cost up to 15% of the buildings sum insured. Landlord: If your house becomes uninhabitable, we will cover loss of rent up to 15% of the buildings sum insured. Renters: If your house becomes uninhabitable, we will cover the cost up to 15% of the contents sum insured.
