Terms & Conditions

123.ie ‘Win VIP Tickets to Malahide Castle Concert Series’ Promotion Terms and Conditions 

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

1. Definitions 

  • “Promotion”: The 123.ie ‘Win VIP tickets to Malahide Castle Concert Series’. 
  • “The Promoter”: 123.ie. 
  • “Prize”: A pair of VIP tickets to one of the selected concerts at Malahide Castle (see below). 
  • “Malahide Concert Series”: A series of concerts hosted by MCD and Live Nation in June and July 2025. 
  • “VIP”: Includes access to VIP Guest Area, Golden Circle, Priority Site Access, Commemorative VIP wristband, and permission to capture content in the VIP area. 

2. Participating Concerts 

  • Charli XCX June 17th  
  • Justin Timberlake June 28th  
  • Alannis Morrisette June 29th 
  • Duran Duran June 30th 
  • Mumford & Sons July 4th 

    
3. Eligibility 

This promotion open to all new & existing 123.ie customers of Car, Home, 123GO & Van insurance, aged 18+

New & renewed policies must remain active beyond the 14-working-day cooling-off period. Employees, officers, agents, and their immediate family members are excluded from this public competition.

 
 
4. Promotional Period 
The Promotion begins on 1st May and ends on July 1st 2025. 

5. How to Enter 
To enter, eligible participants must either: 

  1. Purchase or renew a valid 123.ie insurance policy within the Promotional Period. 
  2. Eligible existing customer outside of their renewal window may enter by completing one of the following within the promotional period: 
    - Signing up to My123 Portal. 
    - Enter through the competition on 123Rewards. 
    - Leave 123.ie a google review with your policy number. 
  3. All valid entries will be entered into the draw. Each valid entry not selected will be rolled over into subsequent draws. 
  4. A draw will take place and winners will be called, using the phone number on their account, to win the prize you must answer a phone call and provide the correct answer to this question 

   Where is the Concert Series Taking Place? 
   A) Malahide 
   B) Majorca 
   C) Madrid 

6. Winner Selection 
Winners will be selected by an independent third party (external) at random using a number assigned to each valid entry. 
Winners will be selected for each concert draw and notified at least 72 hours before the concert via phone using the contact information on file. 
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 24 hours, another winner will be selected. 

7. The Prize 
Each prize consists of a pair (two) of VIP tickets to one of the selected concerts listed above. There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged. 
If a selected concert is cancelled or unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value. 
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of MCD and Live Nation. 

8. Additional Conditions 
123.ie is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes, nor any personal injury or loss occurring at the concert venue. 
Transport and any additional costs incurred by the winner are the responsibility of the winner. 

9. Publicity and Promotion 
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes by 123.ie across social media, websites, email marketing, print, and PR without additional compensation. 
Winners may be asked to participate in related promotional activities. 

10. Technical and Legal Provisions 
123.ie accepts no responsibility for technical failures or unauthorised access impacting entry into the Promotion. 
123.ie reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion at the Promoters discretion. The Promoter’s decision is final. 

11. Data Protection 
Personal data collected during this Promotion will only be used to administer the Promotion unless otherwise agreed. 123.ie will handle data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 

12. Governing Law 
This agreement is governed by Irish law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
