I have been declined a quote on your website. Why?

If you are trying to get a quote and the following message appears:

 “123.ie is currently unable to offer you a quote on this occasion”

This means that some of the information provided to us is outside of our current acceptance criteria.

When you receive the above message, there is an option to visit KennCo’s website or request a call back from them as they may be able to offer you a quotation.

If you wish to refer this matter to the Declined Cases Committee, please contact our Customer Care Team on 01 524 6029.

For Home Insurance Customers

If you are trying to get a quote and the following message appears:

 “123.ie is currently unable to offer you a quote on this occasion”
