How do I reinstate my policy after suspending?

For Car Insurance Customers

We must receive either a verbal or a written request to reinstate a policy. You can do this by:

  • Phone on 01 524 6029
  • Email motor@123.ie
  • Post a letter to 123.ie, Mountain View, Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 E6F4

If you send your request by post or email, don’t forget to include the date you want to reinstate the policy from.

Once the policy has been reinstated a new certificate and disc will be issued.
