Home Rescue offers you access to a 24 hour emergency repair service to secure your home and prevent further damage.
You can use this service if something happens which causes unforeseen or sudden damage to your home that requires immediate attention to:
- Make your home safe
- Prevent further damage
- Protect you from risk to your health
We will pay up to €200 + VAT to carry out the emergency repairs. If you require a glazer the maximum amount that will be paid will increase to €250 + VAT. We will cover up to a maximum of 3 claims per year. Don’t forget you must contact Home Rescue as they will arrange for an approved contractor to carry out the emergency repairs. This benefit only covers emergency repairs, if the damage requires further, more permanent repairs it will not be covered by this section of the policy.
As one of our Home Insurance customers we want to make sure that you have access to the highest level of service available. Even if you don’t require emergency repairs in your home, the Home Rescue benefit allows you access to our network of approved repairers. Make sure if you’re getting work done that you’ll get not only value for money but an excellent standard of work.
