If there are documents outstanding on your policy, you will have 10 days from the start date of your policy to get these documents to us.
After the 10 days, a cancellation notice may be sent to you, letting you know that a cancellation date has been set on your policy.
If we have not received and verified all documents by this time, the policy will cancel.
If there are any queries on the documents you have sent us, a member of our team will contact you to try to resolve the matter.
Your documents can be uploaded online by logging into our online portal here. Alternatively, you can email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
