For Car Insurance Customers

Some of our car policies, paying by direct debit, may be eligible for auto rollover. This means that your policy will renew automatically unless you ask us not to.

If you qualify for auto rollover, you will receive your renewal notice by post along with your certificate and disc of insurance for the coming year. If you are happy for the policy to auto rollover, simply put the disc in the window and away you go.

If you paid in full last year, you will not automatically rollover and you will have the option to pay for your renewal in full or by direct debit.

We will contact you prior to your renewal date to let you know the policy is due for renewal and provide you with a renewal offer where possible.
