By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
“Promotion”: The 123.ie ‘Win Christmas with 123.ie’.
“The Promoter”: 123.ie.
“Prize”: €2,500 cash prize.
2. Eligibility
This promotion open to all new & existing 123.ie customers of Car, Home & 123GO insurance, aged 18+
New & renewed policies must remain active beyond the 14-working-day cooling-off period. Employees, officers, agents, and their immediate family members are excluded from this public competition.
3. Promotional Period
The Promotion begins on 10th November 1st and ends on 22nd December 2025.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must either:
Purchase or renew a valid 123.ie Car, Home or 123GO insurance policy within the Promotional Period.
All valid entries will be entered into the draw. Each valid entry not selected will be rolled over into subsequent draws.
A draw will take place and winners will be called, using the phone number on their account, to win the prize you must answer a phone call and provide the correct answer to this question
When is Christmas Day?
A) 24th December
B) 25th December
C) 26th December
5. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected by an independent third party (external) at random using a number assigned to each valid entry.
Winner will be selected via phone using the contact information on file.
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 48 hours of first attempt to contact, the prize immediately lapses and is no longer available to that individual and another winner will be selected.
6. The Prize
€2,500 cash prize. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged.
7. Publicity and Promotion
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes by 123.ie across social media, websites, email marketing, print, and PR without additional compensation.
Winners may be asked to participate in related promotional activities.
8. Technical and Legal Provisions
123.ie accepts no responsibility for technical failures or unauthorised access impacting entry into the Promotion.
123.ie reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion at the Promoters discretion. The Promoter’s decision is final.
9. Data Protection
Personal data collected during this Promotion will only be used to administer the Promotion unless otherwise agreed. 123.ie will handle data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Irish law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
