I have received a renewal notice, what do I do?

If you have received a renewal notice, then your policy is due for renewal soon.

The renewal notice that we issue includes, the price for the coming year and your policy details. Please read through this to ensure all of the information is correct and up to date.

If any details are incorrect, please get in touch with our Renewals team. For Car Insurance policies, call (01) 241 8516 and for Home Insurance policies, call (01) 241 8508. Our Renewals phone line opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturday.

If you are happy with your renewal and have no changes to make, you can now renew your policy online 24/7.

Be sure to register and sign up for the 123 Customer Portal where you can store and view your policy details at any time. And also make changes to your Car Insurance policy like adding a temporary vehicle or an additional driver. For more information on how to go about this, click here
